Executive Chef Ektoras Trakasopoulos leads the culinary vision of Mylos, drawing on international experience from Athens, London, Doha and Helsinki. His approach combines Mediterranean heritage with contemporary technique, creating dishes defined by balance, precision and a strong sense of place.
